I light a candle in honor of your light-
the light within all of us-
the light that guides us in the darkest of nights
in the deepest caverns of our soul.
A light that teaches us to Trust in her wisdom, her beauty, her goodness.
Our lives are beholden to her magnificence.
Every breath we take is to listen to her messages,
To honor her gifts,
To restore her bounty.
She loves with all her brilliance-
Her shooting stars.
Her fallen leaves.
She caresses us with her gentle breeze,
Calms us after the force of her storms.
We are in her grace only for a time-
A time to love her
To heal her
To fight for her
To teach her lessons
To share her vision.
Spread your wings and fly home.
AMALUR.
