Denise Orpustan-Love, Ph.D. is an educator, author, trainer, consultant and cross-cultural bridge builder to individuals, groups, communities, and organizations.
Dr. Orpustan-Love researched, synthesized and integrated The Seven Pathways, universal indigenous wisdoms and ways of being, a cultural model of personal and professional development for education, healing, health & human services, leadership, innovation, and diversity.
Dr. Orpustan-Love is the recipient of the Angeles Arrien Cross-Cultural Foundation for Education and Research Legacy Grant on Basque Folklore and the Keynote Speaker at the 11th Basque Cultural Day: The Mill House Speaks/Eihera Mintzo: Basque Mythology and Spirituality.
She lives with her husband and two children in Lake County, California and spends summers in the Basque Country in Southwestern France.
Seven Pathways to the Ancestral Basque Homeland are an integration of this universal ancestral journey-a road map of living Basque folklore, connected to the major areas of life, with life lessons from nature and perennial wisdoms, daily life actions (sun), character attributes and inner qualities (moon), the cycles of seasons and everyday tools for building one's life dream.
